What is a personalized Bible?

A personalized Bible features custom details-like your name, a special date, or a favorite verseβ€”embossed or printed on the cover or title page for a unique keepsake.

What information do you use to personalize?

We reproduce your input exactly as submitted. Please review it carefully for any spelling or grammatical errorsβ€”dates, names, quotations, etc.-and let us know if you’d like any changes. We won’t alter anything unless you specifically request it.

How should I care for my personalized Bible?

Wipe the cover with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from moisture and direct sunlight to preserve embossing and foil.

Do you offer discount codes?

How can I get a discount code?

How do I use a discount code?

First, you need to have a valid discount code. Add items you’d like to order on your cart and click checkout. Under β€œShow Order Summary” section, enter the discount code. Hit Apply to deduct the amount from your order total.

Can I preview my personalization before purchase?

Absolutely. Our interactive preview tool shows exactly how your text and design will look on the selected cover.

What if I need to make a change after I placed my order?

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@hopeharborshop.com.

Can I Cancel My Order Once It’s Placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

  • If your Bible has not yet entered production, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • If production has started, cancellation is not possible due to the customized nature of the product.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum for single orders. Bulk discounts start at 10 units.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes-orders of 10 or more personalized Bibles qualify for tiered pricing. Contact us for a custom quote.

How do I check my order status?

Please check the SMS or email you received during your order. There will be an "Order Status" link to check the status.

I have placed my order but have not received an order confirmation?

There may be just be a small delay on our server sending our your email which may take up to 5 minutes. Also, can you check your junk folder as this maybe where the email has gone? Have you checked your email address is correct?

Delivery

How long does personalization take?

Once you place your order, we typically require 2-3 business days for processing and preparation. Standard shipping takes an additional 2-4 business days.
Important: During peak seasons, such as holidays, production times may take longer than usual.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you’ve received the wrong item, one that was damaged in transit, or any product with defects, please email us at support@hopeharborshop.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem, and we’ll promptly resolve it.

How will I be notified when my order ships?

Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active after you receive the confirmation.

Return & Refund

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

What is your return policy?

If your Bible arrives with a defect, personalization error, or is significantly different from your approved details, we’ll make it right-either with a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Here’s how it works:

  • Notify us withinΒ 15 daysΒ of receiving your order.
  • Email us atΒ support@hopeharborshop.comΒ with clearΒ photos of the issueΒ and your order number.
  • Our team will carefully review your request and, once confirmed, will promptly arrange aΒ free reprint or issue a refund.

If a reprint isn’t possible, we’ll refund the full amount of the affected item(s). Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
