At Hope Harbor, we understand how meaningful a personalized Bible can be-whether it's a gift for a loved one or a cherished keepsake for yourself. We’re committed to ensuring that every order meets your expectations with care, quality, and accuracy.

If your Bible arrives with a defect, personalization error, or is significantly different from your approved details, we’ll make it right-either with a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Here’s how it works:

  • Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at support@hopeharborshop.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

  • Our team will carefully review your request and, once confirmed, will promptly arrange a free reprint or issue a refund.

If a reprint isn’t possible, we’ll refund the full amount of the affected item(s). Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

  • If your Bible has not yet entered production, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • If production has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the customized nature of the product.

Refunds will reflect the original amount paid, minus any shipping fees or applied discountsβ€”unless the issue is due to a mistake on our part.

Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with either your replacement tracking number or refund confirmation. Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
